TV Portugal sells access to a television service delivered over the internet. Because access is activated immediately and each activation consumes credit on our side, subscriptions are not refundable once the access details have been sent.
Start small. We recommend beginning with the one month plan, which is our cheapest, so you can judge the service before committing to a longer period. There is no lock-in and no automatic charge. You only pay again if you choose to renew.
If something is not working. Before anything else, talk to us. Most problems are a setup detail or an internet connection issue and are solved in a few minutes. Our support answers in Portuguese every day through the chat on the site or by email to support@tvportugal.ch.
If we cannot deliver. If we are unable to provide the access you paid for, we will resolve it with you directly. Tell us what happened and we will find a fair solution.
Changing plan. For subscriptions of three months or longer, contact us and we will look at transferring the remaining time to a different plan.
