Yes. TV Portugal is a Portuguese IPTV service for people living abroad, in Switzerland and in any other country. You get the Portuguese channels live, SIC, TVI, RTP, Sport TV 1 to 7 and Benfica TV, over the internet, on your TV, phone or tablet, with no antenna and no contract. Each access is set up by us and ready within hours.

You do, and you install it yourself. We provide the line and the access details, and the customer installs an IPTV app on the device they will watch on. The one we point to is Nanomid, which works on Samsung and LG Smart TV, Android TV, Android box, Fire TV Stick and phone, but any IPTV app will do. There is a guide on the site with the steps. What we do not do is install or configure the customer equipment remotely.

Your subscription gives you access to the channels, films and series. The app you use to watch belongs to another company and is independent of us. Some are free, others charge a licence, and that money always goes to the app maker and never to TV Portugal. We receive nothing from those licences and we cannot activate or unlock them.

No. It works with just your internet connection, on the equipment you already have at home. No antenna, no dish, no technical installation.

Yes. The service does not depend on the country you live in, only on an internet connection. Whether you are in France, Germany, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Portugal or anywhere else, you get exactly the same access and the same channels. What changes from region to region is the price, and it is the one you are seeing on this page.

Yes. The Sport TV pack is complete, from Sport TV 1 to Sport TV 7, plus Sport TV + and Sport TV NBA, in HD and SD, with 4K versions on the 6 and 12 month plans. Benfica TV, DAZN Portugal and Eleven come with them.

Every access is created and checked individually, not generated by an automated system. That is how we make sure everything works before sending it to you. Once the payment is confirmed you receive your access details by email, usually within a few hours and always within 12 hours.

We recommend 30 to 50 Mbps for an uninterrupted experience. Below 20 Mbps you may notice buffering on some channels.

You can install it on as many devices as you like, but each account only works on one screen at a time. To watch on two televisions at once you need two accounts, and you can pick 2 or 3 accounts right on the order page, at a discount.

You do not need a Revolut account. You can pay with Revolut, with a debit or credit card, or with Apple Pay, and you choose the payment method on the secure Revolut page. Every order gets a unique reference and stays registered to you.

There is no lock-in at all. Start with the one month plan, the cheapest one, and only renew if you like it. If anything goes wrong, talk to us in the chat and we will try to sort it.

In the vast majority of cases it is the network and not the list. Many mobile, company and public networks, like those in cafes and hotels, block this kind of connection and the app reports an error as if the account were broken. Try the same account on a fixed home network, over wi-fi or cable. If it works there, the problem was the network.
