No. It works with just your internet connection, on the equipment you already have at home. No antenna, no dish, no technical installation.

Yes, and it is simple. Access works through a TV app, free on most devices, that you install on your phone, Smart TV, box or computer. We send the instructions along with your details, and the site has a guide with the right app for each device.

Your subscription gives you access to the channels, movies and series. The app you use to watch them belongs to another company and is independent of us. Most are free, but some charge a licence or a Premium version, and that is paid to the app maker, never to TV Portugal. We receive nothing from those licences and we cannot activate or unlock them either. There is always a free alternative for every device, listed above.

Every access is created and checked individually, not generated by an automated system. That is how we make sure everything works before sending it to you. Once the payment is confirmed you receive your access details by email, usually within a few hours and always within 12 hours.

We recommend 30 to 50 Mbps for an uninterrupted experience. Below 20 Mbps you may notice buffering on some channels.

You can install on several devices, but each subscription works on one device at a time. If you want to watch in two places at once, talk to us in the chat.

Payment is made via Revolut or card, quickly and securely. Every order gets a unique reference and stays registered to you.

There is no lock-in at all. Start with the one month plan, the cheapest one, and only renew if you like it. If anything goes wrong, talk to us in the chat and we will try to sort it.
