Your subscription works on almost any screen. We provide the line and the access details, installing the app on your device is on your side. This guide explains how.
That is the service. You get the host, username, password and list link by email, and with those you watch on any IPTV app.
We do not install apps, we do not access your device and we do not do remote setup, not by chat and not by phone. Whoever buys this service handles the install.
Nanomid gives the least trouble, but any IPTV app will do. The customer picks whatever suits their device and their needs best.
If the details do not work, if a channel is down or if you want to renew, we talk to you in Portuguese, every day, in the site chat. Support is given through the chat and not by email. What we do not do is install and configure your equipment.
The subscription is not refundable once the access details have been sent. That is why the 12 hour test and the one month plan exist, to try before committing to a long plan.
If you open the link in a browser nothing happens, or it downloads a strange file. That is normal and nothing is broken. That link is your channel list and has to be pasted inside an app. The app reads the list and puts the channels on screen.
In the app choose the Xtream Codes option, or Login with Xtream Codes API. Then fill the three fields with the host, username and password we sent you. It is the better option, because it brings the programme guide and sorts channels into categories.
If the app has no Xtream Codes, choose the list option, usually called M3U URL or Add playlist, and paste the full link we sent you.
We name one only, to keep it simple. Nanomid works on Samsung and LG Smart TVs, on Android TVs and boxes, on the Fire TV Stick and on the phone. On iPhone, Apple TV or computer, pick any other IPTV app you like.
Where to install: the device own app store
Use whichever you like. Any IPTV app that can read a playlist will do, and several are free. The path is the same in all of them, look for the Xtream Codes option and enter the host, username and password, or look for the M3U list option and paste the link. Choosing the app that suits your device best is up to the customer.
Your subscription gives you access to the channels, films and series. The app you use to watch belongs to another company and is independent of us. Some are free, others charge a licence, and that money always goes to the app maker and never to TV Portugal. We receive nothing from those licences and we cannot activate or unlock them.
Your subscription includes films and series. Some apps, however, keep that part for their own paid version. The best known case is TiviMate, which asks for the Premium version for films, series and for loading more than one list. That comes from the app and not from your subscription. If you find yourself with no films or series, try another app before assuming they are missing from the service.
Nanomid gives a few days to try and then asks for a one-time licence, around 9.99 euros on Samsung and LG Smart TVs and around 2.49 euros on Android. You pay once, it stays on that device forever, and the money goes to the app maker. It is not a TV Portugal charge, we receive nothing from it and we cannot activate or unlock licences. If you would rather not pay, there are free IPTV apps and you can use whichever you like.
Many mobile networks, company networks and public networks, like those in cafes, hotels and airports, block this kind of connection. The app throws an error, or loads forever, as if the list were broken. It is not. Try the same account on a fixed home network, over wi-fi or cable, before writing to us. In the vast majority of cases that fixes it, and when it does the problem was the network and not our service.
The link does not open in a browser, it is a channel list and not a video. Install an IPTV app and paste the link there, or use the host, username and password.
Try a fixed home network. Mobile, company and public networks often block this kind of connection and the app reports an error as if the list were broken.
That is the licence of the app itself, not of your subscription, and it is paid to the app maker. See the note about Nanomid above.
It is almost always the internet connection. Use cable if you can, or 5 GHz wi-fi, and avoid watching on mobile data.
Check that everything was copied with no spaces at the start or end, and that the host includes the port. If it still continues after that, then yes, we want to know.
We talk to you in Portuguese, every day, in the site chat, which is our only support channel. We do not give support by email. We talk about what is ours, details that do not work, channels that are down, payments and renewals. What we do not do is install or configure the customer equipment.
